BIMT provides free career counselling to the students of Management and Technology to help them in building their capabilities, instilling independence in performing a task and inculcating self-confidence, thereby bringing satisfaction and contentment in their life. Sometimes the learners get so much stressed out owing to the pressure that the momentum is somewhere lost. Counselling goes a long way helping individuals in improving their standard of work even in the toughest working conditions. It inspires every individual to make a career in the field of his/ her interest. In this way, every individual is made to realize his/ her own powers and the success that is nowhere else, but inside him only. Moreover, it builds a high motivational level by understanding the individualistic needs and ensures that every individual sets up some goals of consequence and give his best in achieving them.
